Policies – General Rental

For Christmas:

Dec. 24: Open 7:30 a.m. to noon
Dec. 25 Closed

PARTY items may be picked up Dec. 24 and returned by noon Dec. 26 for a one-day rental.

EQUIPMENT items may be picked up Dec. 24 and returned by 9 a.m. Dec. 26 for a one-day rental charge.

For New Year’s:

Dec. 31: Open 7:30 a.m. to noon
Jan. 1: Closed

PARTY items may be picked up Dec. 31 and returned by noon Jan. 2 for a one-day rental.

EQUIPMENT items may be picked up Dec. 31 and returned by 9 a.m. Jan. 2 for a one-day rental charge.

All rental rates are based on time out, not time used.
We have 4hr, overnight, 24hr (day), weekly (7 days), and monthly (28 days) rates.
The 4hr rate includes any 4hr period during store hours.
For the overnight rate, you may pick-up the rented item between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m., and return it by 9 a.m. the next business day.
The 24hr (day) rate is based on a 24hr period
Pick item up Saturday between 10:30 a.m.and 12 noon and returning it Monday (next business day) by 9 a.m. you will be charged 1 day.
Weekly rates are based on 7 consecutive days.
Monthly rates are based 28 consecutive days.
8hr of use are allowed on items that have hour meters for a 1 day charge.
No free time, we charge for all time out including Sundays and holidays.
Delivery and pickup is available for a fee.
Equipment is delivered full of fuel, customer is responsible for fuel charges.
