Do you deliver?
Yes, we will deliver and pick-up for a fee.
Can we leave equipment at the store after hours?
You are liable for the equipment until we are open.
Is there a deposit?
We charge the rent in advance instead of a deposit.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes, we take American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover (some rental items require credit card payment only).
Do you take reservations?
Yes, we will reserve items for specific times and dates. However, we ask that you cancel out of courtesy if you can’t use it.
What if equipment breaks down?
You need to let us know what has happened and it will be determined what action will be needed.
What if we have a flat tire with equipment?
You are responsible for all tires.
Can the rental period be extended?
Yes, you should call to inform us of your desire to extend.
Will you show me how to use the equipment I rent?
Yes, we will show you how to use any tool we provide.
